Meet Beverly Kate . . . Her History: Beverly Kate performed her first “Staging gig” in the late ’80’s for a Real Estate friend in Alabama before Staging “took off.” After working in Radio, Corporate, and Franchise Sales she opened her own marketing company in 1996. She performed marketing and feasibility studies, re-designed corporate identities for numerous companies from logos to marketing material, and served as a marketing consultant for various corporations. She Serves: After studying Journalism at Kent State University, living in various states, including overseas, and raising three sons; Beverly Kate ran for elected office. She currently serves as a Franklin, TN City Alderman and is the immediate Vice Mayor. She serves on various boards of non-profit organizations and is active in her church and community. She is Qualified: Beverly is a certified, Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) through Barb Schwarz of Staged Homes, who founded Home Staging in the late ‘70’s and coined the word “Staged®.”   Beverly Kate is also a member of the National and Greater Nashville Region chapters of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and currently serves as the Public Relations Chair. © 2009 Staging with Style by Beverly Kate.
