Our Staging Services . . .
Here is how we work
We provide Free Bids on all our Staging services.
We will personally visit your home, make an assessment, and give you a free, written bid for the Staging work that we will perform for you. Upon your acceptance of the bid, we review the tasks you must complete before the Staging Team arrives. This may include, but is not limited to: de-cluttering; removing furniture items; painting, repairs; cleaning; and landscaping.
After the Staging scheduled is established we will Stage your property within the agreed time period. Upon completion, your home is “dressed” ready “For Sale.”

Staging Vacant Homes
When a home is vacant it’s without character or expression and could remain on the market for months. The stager, seller, and agent all work together to decide the best solution for getting the house staged and sold.
• Full staging: All rooms are staged with furniture and accessories.
• Partial staging: Only main rooms are addressed.
Note: Furniture and Accessories are available for vacant homes. Rental fees are separate from the Staging Fees and are broken down and itemized for the client.
Staging Lived-In Homes
You want your house to attract a wide variety of buyers. The way a home looks when it is personalized and lived in is NOT the way it should look when placed “for sale” on the market.
Staging de-personalizes a house and gives it a broad appeal. The greater the appeal the greater the possibility of getting it SOLD!
We work with the homeowner's furniture and accessories to emphasize the best features of the property. We focus on both the inside and outside, the flow of the house through strategic furniture placement, accessorizing, depersonalizing, color accents, and de-cluttering; all of which translates into a quicker and more profitable sale.

We consult and you do the work!
We instruct you on what to do and provide you with various levels of help so you can do the work. We offer three levels; Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• Bronze: We assess your property, and then tell you what to do, how to do it, and you take the notes.
• Silver: We assess your property, walk you though it, and send a detailed, written, room-by-room report with instructions.
• Gold: We assess your property, walk you though it, and send a detailed, written, room-by-room, report with instructions. After you complete the Staging work, we return for a one-hour “follow-up” critique and “hands on” Staging adjustment. We also make additional recommendations if necessary.
